Tatalias Guitars warrants this Tatalias instrument to be free from defects in materials and workmanship, subject to the limitations contained herein.

This warranty is extended exclusively to the original retail purchaser when the instrument is purchased directly from Tatalias Guitars or from an authorized Tatalias Dealer. It may not be transferred or assigned to subsequent owners.

If purchased through an authorized Tatalias Dealer, all warranty and service claims must be submitted through the dealer from whom the instrument was originally purchased. The dealer will handle the claim on behalf of the original purchaser and coordinate with Tatalias Guitars as needed.

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

• Any instrument on which the serial number has been removed or altered.
• Any instrument not purchased directly from Tatalias Guitars or from an authorized Tatalias Dealer, or upon which unauthorized repair or service work has been carried out.
• Shipping damage of any kind.
• Any subjective issues such as “tone.”
• Any damage to an instrument resulting from customization or modification.
• Damage to finishes or cracks, splitting, or warpage of wood due to changes in temperature or humidity, exposure to or contact with sun, fire, moisture, perspiration, body salts and acids, guitar straps, guitar stands, chemicals, or polishes.
• Normal wear and tear on any part of the instrument or case, including frets, saddle, nut, jacks, controls, switches, plated surfaces, tuning machines, pickguards, handles, latches, or case hardware.
• Damage, corrosion, or rusting of any hardware components caused by humidity, salty air, or exposure to moisture, body salts, and acids from perspiration.
• All other damage and deterioration due to normal usage, wear and tear, aging, accidents, neglect, abuse, or Acts of Nature.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Tatalias Guitars makes no other express warranty of any kind whatsoever. All implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, exceeding the specific provisions of this warranty are hereby disclaimed and excluded from this warranty.

Tatalias Guitars assumes no liability for property damage resulting from failure of this product nor any loss of income, satisfaction, or damages arising from the loss of use of same due to defects or availability of same during service.

If at any time during the warranty period this guitar malfunctions due to faulty materials or workmanship, Tatalias Guitars will, at its sole discretion, repair the defect without charge or replace it with a model of similar specification and value that does not exceed the original purchase price of the guitar.

GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under this warranty will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Fairfield County, Connecticut.

STATE LAW RIGHTS

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

HOW TO OBTAIN SERVICE

To obtain warranty assistance, contact Tatalias Guitars directly or, if purchased through an authorized Dealer, contact the dealer to receive a Return Authorization prior to returning the instrument.

All shipping and insurance costs are the sole responsibility of the original purchaser.

Upon arrival at the Tatalias workshop in Brookfield, CT, a determination will be made regarding whether the defect is covered under the terms of the warranty. If the repair is covered under the warranty, it will be repaired at no cost to the original purchaser, including return shipping. If the repair is not covered under warranty, an estimate of the cost of the repair will be provided to the original purchaser.

This is the sole warranty of Tatalias Guitars, and no other written or oral warranty applies.

Tatalias Guitars is a trade name and proprietary brand of Hot Rod 6 Strings LLC, a Connecticut Limited Liability Company. All transactions, warranties, and liabilities are managed under the jurisdiction of Hot Rod 6 Strings LLC.
