This website is operated by Tatalias Guitars, a proprietary brand and trade name of Hot Rod 6 Strings LLC. SECTION 5 - PRODUCTS OR SERVICES (if applicable)

Custom Nature of Goods: Tatalias Guitars are hand-built instruments using organic materials. You acknowledge that:

  • Wood Grain & Finish: Wood is a natural product. Grain patterns, figuring, and color variations are unique to each instrument and will differ from product photos.

  • Distressed/Relic Finishes: Our "Rat Rod" and distressed finishes are intentional artistic choices designed to simulate wear. These are not defects.

  • Tone: "Tone" is a subjective experience. We do not warrant that the tonal characteristics of any instrument will meet a customer’s specific subjective expectations.

Availability: Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities (e.g., "The Drops") and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS & THIRD-PARTY LINKS

We may provide you with access to third-party tools (such as payment gateways, financing via Shop Pay, or shipping calculators) over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms of Service or the licenses granted hereunder shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of Connecticut in each case located in Fairfield County.

SECTION 16 - SMS/MOBILE MARKETING TERMS

By consenting to Tatalias Guitars’ SMS marketing in the checkout and initializing a purchase or subscribing via our subscription tools, you agree to receive recurring text notifications (for your order, including abandoned checkout reminders), marketing offers, and transactional texts, including requests for reviews from us, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal do-not-call list. Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving text marketing messages and notifications, reply with STOP to any mobile message sent from us or use the unsubscribe link we provided you within any of our messages. You understand and agree that alternative methods of opting out, such as using alternative words or requests, will not be considered a reasonable means of opting out.
